APERTURE SIZES

• Heavy Wire (larger than 0.7mm diameter)
• Aperture sizes vary from 2.4mm to 125mm and larger.
• Fine Wire aka Fine Mesh ( smaller than 0.7mm diameter)
• As small as 200 mesh (or 40 000 holes per square inch or 0.06mm) up to 2 mesh (4 holes per square inch or 11.08mm)
• Available wire sizes range from 0.03mm to 12.5mm.

APERTURE SHAPES

1. Square Apertures:The warp and weft wires form a square aperture. It is available in a variety of weaves and crimps.
2. Slotted Apertures:A woven wire screen with one single cross wire and where one side of the aperture is different in length from the other, perpendicular dimension.We can manufacture slotted screens with plain, intermediate or flat top crimping.
3. Triple Shute:A slotted woven wire screen with 3 cross wires. Available in intermediate and flat top crimp
4. Double Shute Slotted:A slotted woven wire screen with 2 cross wires.
5. Non Blinding Harp:We manufacture both Serpa Harp and Tria Harp screens.

   -Serpa (Square) Harp:Forming a square aperture diagonally to flow. It gives good cut point accuracy without blinding.

   -Tria Harp:Additional thicker wires between the normal harp oriented wires creates non blinding effect through differing vibrating frequency and amplitude.
